About this role
Accountabilities: • Engage with clients, users, and stakeholders to identify, document, and translate functional requirements into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
• Capture current-state processes and pain points, then help design and document effective future-state processes.
• Collaborate closely with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, configure, implement, administer, and enhance applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs aligned with ServiceNow capabilities.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders throughout project and development lifecycles.
• Build functional deliverables including process maps, design documents, communications, and other project documentation.
• Support functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and related implementation activities.
• Conduct technical assessments of existing ServiceNow environments and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Create and maintain clear technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
• Stay current with ServiceNow products, features, capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Requirements
• Active and maintained Secret Federal or DoD security clearance .
• At least 2 years of professional experience .
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe certification preferred.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps .
• Technology consulting experience with the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct user training.
• ServiceNow certification such as CSA, CIS, or CAD is preferred.
• Hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow solutions is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to establish rapport and work effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project deliverables.
• Knowledge of other low-code and no-code platforms, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau, is a plus.
• General understanding of financial management concepts, including financial operations, financial innovation, internal controls, and risk management, particularly within a federal environment, is desirable.
