About this role
Accountabilities: • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports, tracking key performance indicators and consolidating data from Salesforce, SAP, EXFM, and other business systems.
• Provide regional and national market share analysis across GI, pulmonary, and surgical call points, identifying trends and opportunities for improved performance.
• Build dashboards and automated reports using SAP, Salesforce, and other analytical tools, translating complex data into clear business insights for senior leadership.
• Analyze rolling Salesforce data and collaborate with international stakeholders on U.S. market forecasting, including analysis of business performance and Profit & Loss data.
• Provide recommendations to sales leaders based on business drivers, performance trends, forecasts, and other relevant metrics.
• Manage CRM data quality and integrity, monitor opportunities and quote tracking, and support integration with enterprise systems.
• Train sales teams on CRM tools and processes and provide reporting and training support during new-hire onboarding.
• Work with Marketing and other stakeholders to maintain accurate quotable parts within the Salesforce-connected CPQ tool.
• Develop and maintain GPO and IDN price lists, conduct pricing analysis, and support competitive positioning and profitability initiatives.
• Assist with annual sales quota and incentive plan development, data mining, forecasting, business intelligence projects, and other sales operations initiatives.
• Maintain online sales and marketing systems and collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and improve system effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce bottlenecks, automate recurring activities, and increase the accuracy and efficiency of analytical processes.
• Develop standard operating procedures for data outputs and analytics deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, Operations, Service, and R&D to align analytics and operational support with business objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analysis for leadership meetings and other ad-hoc business needs.
• Manage demo inventory processes, including equipment allocation, location and availability tracking, and asset management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. FDA medical device requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and other relevant laws, regulations, and standards.
• Perform additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data analytics, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business planning, or a similar function is preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred, with familiarity with GI or pulmonary flexible endoscopy markets and advanced therapeutic procedures considered a plus.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, EXFM, and other analytics tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, statistical, and mathematical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with pricing analytics and pricing strategy.
• Ability to present data-driven insights and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
• Experience training employees on CRM systems and related processes.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated experience identifying and implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when explaining complex information to different audiences.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to operate keyboards and manipulate items, as well as sit, stand, talk, and hear.
• Ability to perform close-vision tasks when reviewing detailed reports, data, and metrics.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows, training, and cross-functional meetings.
