Terms of Service

RoleSprint helps you analyze roles against your resume and standards, and prepare application materials. You may use it for your own job search. You agree to use it lawfully and as described here.

You create an account to use RoleSprint. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

To keep RoleSprint useful and safe, you agree not to:

• Use the product for unlawful purposes
• Upload content you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or abuse the service
• Misrepresent your identity or another person's experience
• Use the product to generate misleading or fraudulent materials

RoleSprint helps you make sharper decisions and prepare stronger applications. Except for the 30-Day Interview Guarantee described below, RoleSprint does not guarantee interviews, offers, employment, salary increases, or any specific career outcome. The 30-Day Interview Guarantee is a first-month refund commitment, not a promise of job offers or employment. Hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

RoleSprint is a self-serve tool that helps you analyze job descriptions, tailor application materials, track roles, and prepare outreach you send yourself. To be clear about scope:

• RoleSprint does not apply to jobs for you. You decide what to submit.
• RoleSprint does not send emails or automate LinkedIn. Contact Finder helps you look up a verified business email when available and prepares outreach copy that you review, copy, and send yourself.
• RoleSprint does not scrape or support bulk or mass outreach.
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before you send or submit them.

RoleSprint generates materials such as tailored resumes, recruiter notes, and cover letters using AI. These outputs are a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing and editing them for accuracy and fit before you send or submit them. Please do not rely on generated content without checking it.

RoleSprint Access is a paid monthly subscription. Billing is handled by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. Pricing and plan details are presented before you are charged. RoleSprint does not store your full payment card details.

You can cancel your RoleSprint Access subscription at any time, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. If something goes wrong with your purchase, contact support within 7 days and we will review it fairly. Refunds are considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed in every situation. First-month refunds under the 30-Day Interview Guarantee are described in the section below. You can reach us at hello@rolesprint.io.

RoleSprint Access includes a 30-day interview guarantee on your first paid month. If you actively put the system to work during the first 30 days of your paid subscription and do not land at least one job interview in that period, we will refund your first monthly payment. The guarantee applies to landing an interview, not to receiving a job offer or employment.

To qualify for the refund:

• The guarantee applies only to your first paid month of RoleSprint Access, and the refund is limited to that first monthly payment.
• You must request the refund by emailing hello@rolesprint.io within 7 days after your first 30 days of paid access ends.
• You must actively put the system to work during those first 30 days. Specifically, you must use at least 85% of the included monthly usage available in RoleSprint Access during that first 30-day period. Usage may include job analyses, Application Kits, and Contact Finder lookups.
• RoleSprint may review your account usage records to verify eligibility.

Duplicate accounts, fraudulent activity, abusive usage patterns, intentionally gaming the usage threshold, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms may void eligibility. Refunds are not automatic: they are processed manually after review, back to your original payment method.

RoleSprint, including its software, design, and brand, belongs to us. Content you upload remains yours. Materials generated for you are yours to use for your job search. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the product and generate your materials.

RoleSprint is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on the product. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any.

We may update the product and these terms as RoleSprint evolves. When we make material changes to these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
