About this role

Accountabilities: • Develop and execute strategic sales strategies to expand the customer base and accelerate revenue growth across the Midwest United States.

• Take ownership of regional business development, building and nurturing a strategic portfolio of automotive accounts.

• Identify, prospect, and engage key decision-makers within dealership groups, automotive marketplaces, and related organizations.

• Develop strong relationships with prospects and customers by understanding their operational challenges and business objectives.

• Present tailored SaaS solutions and clearly communicate their potential business and operational value.

• Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.

• Identify and pursue upselling and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.

• Collaborate with onboarding, product, marketing, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective customer experience.

• Capture customer feedback and translate market insights into actionable recommendations for internal teams.

• Maintain accurate sales activity, opportunities, and account information using CRM tools and digital sales channels.

• Contribute market knowledge and customer insights to support continued expansion within the U.S. automotive sector.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of demonstrated success as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Key Account Manager, or similar commercial role within the automotive industry.

• Strong existing network and relationships within the automotive sector, particularly among dealership groups or automotive marketplaces.

• Experience selling B2B digital solutions, SaaS, or technology products to automotive dealers is highly valued.

• Proven ability to build and manage a strategic account portfolio and consistently pursue ambitious revenue objectives.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the autonomy, initiative, and determination to develop a new regional market.

• Strong results orientation and a demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into compelling, consultative sales solutions.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.

• Native or native-level English proficiency.

• Currently based in the Midwest United States and able to work primarily within the Central Time Zone .

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating with distributed teams.
