POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Specialist, Technology Enablement reports directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and adoption of enterprise technology initiatives across World Relief. This role bridges business and technology functions by translating organizational priorities into actionable plans, facilitating stakeholder engagement, driving change management efforts, and ensuring technology initiatives deliver measurable business value. The Senior Specialist is responsible for maintaining strategic technology planning processes, coordinating enterprise technology initiatives, managing project intake and business analysis activities, supporting organizational adoption and training efforts, and providing oversight of key performance metrics and reporting. The position plays a critical role in helping establish and mature organizational capabilities including cybersecurity governance, IT service management, enterprise data management, and artificial intelligence adoption. Key FY27 deliverables include completion of a CRM Assessment, Enterprise Data Assessment, and development of the organization's IT Roadmap, while supporting the implementation of foundational programs in cybersecurity, IT service management, and AI enablement.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning & IT Roadmap Management
• Partner with the CIO and technology leadership to develop, maintain, and communicate the enterprise IT Roadmap.
• Facilitate strategic planning processes that align technology investments with organizational priorities.
• Track roadmap progress, dependencies, risks, and milestones across technology initiatives.
• Support annual technology planning and prioritization activities.
Technology Portfolio Coordination & Initiative Management
• Coordinate enterprise technology activities, ensuring effective prioritization, sequencing, and resource alignment.
• Monitor cross-functional technology initiatives and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting strategic initiatives.
• Support governance and decision-making processes related to technology investments and priorities.
Business Analysis & Project Intake
• Manage the technology project and demand intake process.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and operational needs.
• Gather, analyze, document, and refine business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct current-state assessments and recommend process and technology improvements.
• Support vendor evaluations, solution assessments, and business case development.
Change Management, Adoption & Communication
• Develop and execute change management plans for technology initiatives.
• Create communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies that support successful implementation and utilization of technology solutions.
• Coordinate end-user training, knowledge transfer, and awareness activities.
• Measure and monitor adoption outcomes and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Performance Measurement & Reporting
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports that support technology governance and decision-making.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and technology health metrics.
• Track and maintain the IT risk register and support technology risk management activities.
• Provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to technology leadership.
Process Management & Continuous Improvement
• Analyze, document, and improve business and technology processes.
• Establish and maintain process documentation, standards, and workflows.
• Support compliance activities, governance processes, and policy adherence.
• Promote continuous improvement through process optimization and operational excellence initiatives.
Enterprise Technology Enablement
• Support the execution of the FY27 CRM Assessment and associated recommendations.
• Support an Enterprise Data Assessment to identify opportunities for improved data governance, quality, and utilization.
• Support the development and ongoing maintenance of the enterprise IT Roadmap.
• Assist in establishing and maturing the organization's Cybersecurity Framework and Program.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Service Management (ITSM) program.
• Facilitate organizational readiness, governance, and adoption activities related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and capabilities.
Vendor Engagement & Relationship Management
• Support vendor selection, evaluation, and relationship management activities.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure effective service delivery and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Track vendor performance, contractual obligations, and partnership effectiveness.
• Assist with technology procurement and renewal processes.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Mature and personal Christian faith

• Able to affirm and/or acknowledge World Reliefs Core Beliefs , Statement of Faith , Christian Identity and National Association of Evangelicals' For the Health of The Nation document
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis, technology enablement, IT strategy, project coordination, technology operations, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and refining business requirements.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams.
• Experience supporting change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process mapping, process improvement, and workflow management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Ability to work independently and influence outcomes without direct authority.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Experience supporting CIOs, technology leadership teams, or enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.
• Experience with CRM platforms and customer relationship management processes.
• Knowledge of enterprise data management, data governance, and data strategy concepts.
• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and practices such as ITIL.
• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management principles.
• Experience supporting AI or generative AI rollout, governance, adoption, and change management activities.
• Relevant certifications such as Scrum, ITIL, Microsoft Certifications, or related credentials.
• Experience supporting technology assessments, roadmap development, or digital transformation initiatives.
