Walmart Staff Augmentation - Security Project Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Manage multiple security installation projects within our client's Supply Chain facilities.

• Coordinate and oversee contractors to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within established milestones.

• Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule risks, delays, and project obstacles.

• Serve as the primary communication point between Client, contractors, field teams, and other project stakeholders.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, and completion dates.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.Review project schedules and validate contractor performance against established timelines.

• Escalate issues and provide resolution recommendations to client leadership as needed.

• Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records.

• Support project closeout activities and ensure all documentation and deliverables are completed accurately.

• Promote a high level of professionalism, quality, and customer service throughout project execution.

• Adhere to all company, customer, and safety requirements.

Qualifications: • 3+ years of Project Management experience in Security, Construction, Technology, Low Voltage, Access Control, CCTV, or related industries.

• Experience managing large-scale, multi-site projects preferred.

• Understanding of security systems including CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, or related technologies preferred.

• Proven ability to manage schedules, milestones, and contractor performance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders.

• Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• PMP certification is a plus but not required.

• College degree preferred but not required based on applicable experience.

Preferred Experience: • Project Management experience.

• Supply Chain, Distribution Center, or Logistics facility experience.

• Security systems deployment and installation management.

• Vendor and contractor management.

• Enterprise-level project reporting and stakeholder communication.
