About this role

Please note, this posting is to highlight joining Right Side Up's talent collective specifically and is not representing an internal full-time role, or a current opportunity with a client.

Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent—with all of the marketing chops, and none of the agency fluff. We're trusted by the most respected early-stage ventures, the fastest-growing tech companies, and well-established Fortune 500 teams to do one thing better: Growth. We have over 1400+ clients including Reddit, Robinhood, Lyft, Gusto, Stripe, Rippling, Shopify, Noom, Hinge Health, Kikoff, and more.

About The Role We are building out our network of Web Operations Specialists with deep, hands-on Contentful experience. In this role, you will own the day-to-day execution of a company's website: building and publishing pages, updating copy and creative, and keeping content accurate across a site that is constantly changing. Our clients rely on this work to move fast without sacrificing precision, which is especially true in regulated environments where rates, disclosures, and product details must be exactly right.

The ideal candidate is a detail-obsessed operator who is already fluent in Contentful and can start contributing from day one. You will partner closely with marketing, legal and compliance, product, and engineering teams, and you will be comfortable working through a steady queue of requests with shifting priorities. Engagements typically range from 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on the client and the scope.

Responsibilities • Build, update, and publish website content and pages in Contentful, including copy, disclosures, rates, product information, and creative assets.

• Create and update landing pages tied to campaigns, product launches, and business requests.

• QA every change before and after publishing to ensure accuracy, formatting, working links, and correct content relationships.

• Manage a consistent volume of requests, meeting established timelines and prioritizing urgent updates as they arise.

• Execute legal and compliance-driven content updates accurately and on schedule.

• Coordinate with marketing, legal, compliance, product, and engineering partners when updates require review or technical support.

• Maintain strong content hygiene and document completed changes when needed.

• Support the setup and launch of A/B and multivariate conversion rate optimization (CRO) tests in Contentful and help interpret results when an engagement calls for it.

Requirements • You have 3+ years of experience managing or publishing website content in an in-house or similarly fast-paced environment, at the Manager to Senior Manager level.

• You have strong, hands-on Contentful experience and can work independently in the platform from day one, without a ramp-up period.

• You have excellent attention to detail and QA discipline, particularly when working with regulated or customer-facing content.

• You are comfortable managing a high volume of detailed and repetitive content updates through a ticket-based queue.

• You can manage multiple requests and shifting priorities independently.

• You communicate clearly and have experience working with cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, and engineering.

• You have web operations experience at either a fast-moving startup or a large enterprise; it is great if you have both, but that is not a requirement.

• Nice to have: experience in financial services, fintech, banking, or another regulated industry.

• Nice to have: experience building and running conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments, A/B or multivariate tests, and analyzing results in GA4, Amplitude, or a similar analytics platform.

• Nice to have: basic HTML/CSS familiarity.
