Role Overview We are looking for a Brand Content & Social Media Manager to own full content engine. This is not a scheduler or a posting role — we need someone who thinks strategically and executes independently: from concept and creation through to influencer coordination and performance iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

- Produce scroll-stopping short-form video and image content.

- Champion a real, human, non-AI content aesthetic that reflects brand's warmth and authenticity

- Communicate product value through storytelling — not sales-speak

Calendar & Scheduling

- Own and manage a full social content calendar end-to-end

- Write on-brand captions, select thumbnails, and handle all scheduling and publishing

- Maintain brand consistency and posting cadence with minimal oversight

Influencer & UGC Coordination

- Proactively source and build relationships with influencers, and UGC contributors

- Build and manage a content flywheel so the brand always has a pipeline of fresh, authentic material

- Repurpose and organize creator content across Instagram and other channels

Growth & Optimization

- Lead Instagram growth through strategic content, engagement, and community building

- Track performance and iterate based on what resonates with the target audience

Required Qualifications

- Excellent written and spoken English — native or top-tier fluency required

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end social media ownership for consumer brands

- Proven ability to produce visually polished, on-brand content well beyond basic design tools

- Experience managing influencer or UGC programs independently

- Comfortable operating as a one-person content engine: strategy, creation, scheduling, and reporting

- Must have prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies and be fluent in remote collaboration tools (Asana, ClickUp, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, or similar). Applications without this experience will not be considered.

- Instagram (primary channel)

- Video/content creation tools (beyond Canva — demonstrate what you use)

- Project management tools: Asana, ClickUp, or similar

- WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and standard async collaboration platforms
