John Mulhall came to Omaha in 1953 to landscape, and now, three generations later, we’re as committed as we’ve ever been to making Omaha a more beautiful place to live. Today we’re a team of a few hundred people, but our focus remains the same: working together to engage our community and share our passion for the beauty of the natural world. A DAY IN THE LIFE As a Snow + Ice Operator, you’ll report to a Site Manager in our Greater Omaha Landscape Snow + Ice Branch. You’ll focus on serving our customers in line with our vision to be the most loved commercial landscaping company in the Midwest.
YOUR IMPACT Champion a safe work environment by following safety protocols, minimizing on-site risks, and reinforcing The Safe Way Is The Right Way Deliver safe and accessible properties by removing snow and ice, applying de-icing materials, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout every snow event Operate trucks, skids, wheel loaders, or other heavy equipment to remove snow from sidewalks, parking lots, and other hard surfaces Support efficient snow response by communicating availability and arriving prepared and on time
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR The desire to create beauty in a built, outdoor environment Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including shovels and de-icing materials Comfort working in cold and potentially harsh weather conditions A detail-oriented individual who is committed to excellence Being available and arriving on time for snow removal duties
