• Establish and improve engineering practices, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and development workflows.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and continuously raise the quality and efficiency of product development.
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of experience in backend engineering or full-stack development with a strong backend focus, ideally within a product-led company.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript, with hands-on experience building and maintaining production-grade applications.
• Practical frontend development experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST API design, and database performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and the principles behind building scalable, maintainable systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing and maintaining automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to exchange feedback, share technical knowledge, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience designing technical architecture, establishing engineering processes, or building infrastructure at an early-stage product company is a strong advantage.
• A proactive, experimentation-driven mindset and a genuine interest in using AI to improve engineering productivity and product quality.
Benefits:
• Competitive compensation: Salary details are not specified in the provided job description.
• Career development: Regular performance reviews, an individual Personal Development Plan (PDP), and opportunities to strengthen your professional brand through social media and expert publications.
• Learning and networking: Access to professional communities, free courses, networking opportunities, and a dedicated budget for training, conferences, and English-language learning.

• Healthcare and well-being: Medical insurance, reimbursement for psychological support, and an individual sports and fitness benefit.
• Food and social activities: Breakfast and lunch at the office, plus access to sports and wellness activities, including running, volleyball, in-person yoga, and online stretching and yoga sessions.
• Modern engineering environment: AWS infrastructure, high-quality development tools, investment in technical services, and opportunities to work on challenging backend, infrastructure, and AI-related initiatives.
• Meaningful product ownership: The chance to join a product at an early stage, build new systems rather than maintain legacy code, and influence technical decisions and product direction.
