About this role
Accountabilities: • Serve as the primary growth marketing owner, establishing the foundation for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention across a growing telehealth and wellness offering.
• Own paid acquisition strategy and hands-on execution across major paid search and paid social channels, including campaign architecture, optimization, budget allocation, and performance management.
• Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies that directly support revenue objectives and broader business priorities.
• Lead conversion rate optimization across the customer journey, from initial advertising engagement through landing pages, funnel progression, and purchase.
• Build and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks across paid channels, translating performance data into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Own the website experimentation roadmap, including developing hypotheses, designing tests, analyzing results, and scaling successful initiatives.
• Monitor conversion rates, acquisition efficiency, attribution, customer economics, and other key performance indicators to inform channel and budget decisions.
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and business teams to align growth initiatives with evolving customer needs, product priorities, and organizational goals.
• Establish scalable growth processes and operating rhythms that enable the business to make faster, more informed acquisition and optimization decisions.
• For Director-level scope, independently shape the growth function and strategy, influence senior leadership on budget and strategic decisions, and provide direction or mentorship to other growth professionals as the function develops.
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital media, growth marketing, or a closely related field; Director-level candidates should typically bring 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Deep hands-on expertise in paid search and paid social, with demonstrated ownership of campaign strategy, execution, optimization, and meaningful media budgets.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing fundamentals, including LTV efficiency, attribution, conversion metrics, channel economics, and budget optimization.
• Proven experience with conversion rate optimization, landing page performance, funnel optimization, and structured experimentation.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including experience using Google Analytics, Excel, and performance reporting tools to transform data into clear business decisions.
• Excellent ability to interpret complex performance information and communicate the key implications and recommended actions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments, including evolving business objectives, new product launches, and shifting performance indicators.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing priorities independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, product, and business stakeholders.
• For Sr. Manager-level scope, experience owning mid-sized paid media budgets and executing growth strategies with some guidance in highly ambiguous or early-stage situations.
• For Director-level scope, experience owning larger multi-channel budgets, independently building growth strategies or functions from the ground up, and influencing senior stakeholders on strategic and budget decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and take full ownership of measurable growth outcomes.

• Director base salary: $120,000–$150,000 annually.
