• Lead confidential, high-priority, and often ambiguous special projects from initial diagnosis through recommendation, execution, and measurable outcomes.

• Use data and practical analysis to support prioritization, portfolio decisions, budgeting, and performance reporting.

• Apply AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve planning, analysis, communications, and operational effectiveness while validating outputs and protecting sensitive information.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business strategy, business operations, People/HR operations, consulting, program management, or a related strategic discipline.

• Practical, data-informed approach to prioritization, decision-making, and performance management.

• Ability to influence senior leaders, build trust, and drive alignment without relying on formal authority.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and maintaining a strong bias toward action and follow-through.

• Experience supporting a Chief People Officer, CHRO, or senior leadership team within a global technology or SaaS organization is preferred.

• Experience in an organization of 3,000+ employees undergoing growth, transformation, or significant operating change is a plus.
