About this role

Accountabilities • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives through structured account planning, opportunity management, and effective sales execution.

• Develop strategic account plans that protect existing revenue while identifying opportunities for account expansion and increased solution adoption.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including claims executives, claims operations leaders, SIU teams, technology leaders, and innovation stakeholders.

• Conduct consultative discovery conversations to understand customer objectives, operational challenges, workflows, and strategic priorities.

• Identify, develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities across existing and prospective commercial insurance accounts.

• Create customer retention strategies that support satisfaction, ongoing engagement, and continued solution adoption.

• Perform gap analyses and develop account growth strategies to uncover incremental revenue opportunities.

• Partner with product specialists, implementation teams, sales support, and other internal stakeholders to deliver effective customer outcomes.

• Monitor commercial claims trends, competitive offerings, and emerging industry challenges to inform customer conversations and account strategies.

• Maintain accurate sales pipeline information, forecasts, customer activity, and account plans using Salesforce and other sales tools.

• Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers while maintaining momentum toward commercial outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

• Demonstrated success in consultative sales, account management, business development, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role.

• Required experience within the commercial Property & Casualty insurance sector.

• Strong understanding of commercial insurance claims processes, workflows, operational priorities, and challenges.

• Direct experience working within claims organizations is highly desirable.

• Proven ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, consultative selling, and relationship-management skills.

• Strong analytical and project-management capabilities, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical business opportunities.

• Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as required.
