• Strong coordination skills for scheduling and conducting meetings , webinars and training sessions

• Ability to troubleshoot.

Team Collaboration: • Able to work cross-functionally, in this case with the EMEA iDPam , EMEA DPam team, Channel Team, Distribution Marketing, Distribution Operations and regional sales teams. • Comfortable supporting colleagues and learning from experienced team members • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a dynamic environment • Brings trusted advisor attitude

Growth Trajectory: This role is positioned as a career springboard, offering exposure to partner management, channel strategy, and regional operations. Success here builds the foundation for advancement into a further distribution roles or other channel-facing positions. You'll develop both the technical knowledge of distribution partnerships and the interpersonal sophistication required for various roles.

OTE is on a 60/40 split and is based on qualifications and experience between 55-60 OTE.
