About this role
Accountabilities • Define the overall technology strategy, architectural standards, and innovation roadmap across cloud, data engineering, AI, and agentic AI initiatives.
• Lead the development and productization of proprietary technology assets, reusable frameworks, solution patterns, and delivery methodologies.
• Establish a strong technical presence in the market through industry events, thought leadership, whitepapers, and relationships across the cloud ecosystem.
• Scale and govern a multi-geographic professional services delivery organization spanning North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
• Establish delivery governance, quality gates, RAID management, project health reviews, and other mechanisms that support predictable, high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as an executive delivery sponsor for strategic enterprise accounts and help resolve complex technical or operational challenges.
• Partner with sales leadership on major enterprise opportunities, shaping architectures, scopes of work, technical proposals, and executive presentations.
• Develop strong relationships with cloud ecosystem leaders and field teams to support joint go-to-market and co-selling opportunities.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, connecting delivery insights to additional cloud, AI, modernization, and managed-service engagements.
• Oversee professional services performance, including utilization, gross margin, rate-card management, delivery risk, and broader operational metrics.
• Translate complex technical decisions into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders and act as a trusted executive advisor.
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience leading complex technology programs, including at least 7 years in an engineering leadership role within professional services, systems integration, cloud consulting, or a comparable environment.
• Deep hands-on experience and architectural expertise with Google Cloud Platform, modern data platforms, enterprise AI, and generative or agentic AI implementations.
• Demonstrated ownership of professional services operations and financial performance, including revenue, utilization, gross margin, rate cards, and delivery risk.
• Proven experience working within hyperscaler partner ecosystems, including co-selling with cloud field organizations and leveraging partner programs or incentives.
• Direct experience building and leading distributed delivery organizations across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to advise CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and other senior stakeholders and connect technical trade-offs to business objectives.
• Strong strategic, operational, and commercial judgment, with the ability to balance innovation, delivery quality, client outcomes, and financial performance.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Preferred: Previous leadership experience with Google Cloud, a major Google Cloud Partner, or an enterprise systems integrator.
• Preferred: Active Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Data Engineer, or AI/ML Specialist.
• Preferred: Experience working with private-equity-backed organizations, including governance, reporting, and value-creation initiatives.
