About this role
Accountabilities: • Generate, qualify, enrich, and execute sales pipeline opportunities across the assigned territory.
• Drive deals from opportunity development through commercial discussions, negotiation, procurement, and close.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers within target markets.
• Identify customer needs, feedback, and evolving requirements and communicate relevant insights to product and marketing teams.
• Build and develop a local ecosystem of channel partners to support pipeline generation and facilitate sales opportunities.
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, webinars, meetups, and other events to strengthen market presence and awareness.
• Develop the territory proactively, identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships across relevant verticals.
• Operate independently within the territory while collaborating with remote internal teams and resources.
• Support broader go-to-market and brand-awareness initiatives within the cybersecurity market.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of demonstrated success selling SaaS cybersecurity solutions and/or experience in a sales development representative capacity.
• Direct experience with Cyber Threat Exposure Management (CTEM).
• Proven success selling across multiple industry verticals, particularly State, Local, and Education (SLED) and healthcare.
• Experience in telecommunications or other relevant verticals is a plus.
• Established relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within target customer segments, including online retail/e-commerce and financial institutions.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and communicate cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Self-driven, proactive, and highly motivated, with a strong ability to identify and pursue opportunities independently.
• A builder's mindset and demonstrated ability to establish, develop, and grow a territory.
• Comfortable operating autonomously with remote support and limited day-to-day supervision.
• Adaptable and capable of performing effectively in an agile, flexible, and fast-moving environment.
• Strong commercial, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
Benefits:
• Base salary range of $135,000–$160,000, with geographic, experience, certification, and business factors considered in determining compensation.
