• Build and optimize integrated ABM and demand-generation programs designed to increase engagement, pipeline progression, and revenue.
• Develop clear team priorities, KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance frameworks while driving early wins across priority initiatives.
• Establish shared pipeline definitions, targets, and measurement frameworks with Sales and Revenue Operations.

• Build trusted reporting and attribution frameworks with Revenue Operations and establish a sequenced 12-month revenue marketing plan.
• Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, Account Management, and other stakeholders to create a coordinated go-to-market motion.
• Lead website conversion initiatives and oversee web strategy, SEO, and emerging AEO/AI-driven discovery opportunities.
• Develop field and event marketing programs around priority accounts, including executive dinners, roundtables, and other targeted engagements.
• Support customer marketing, lifecycle, advocacy, and expansion initiatives that contribute to customer value and revenue growth.
• Build a high-performing revenue marketing team with clear priorities, responsibilities, and accountability.
• Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, stepping directly into critical initiatives when needed.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of senior B2B marketing leadership experience is preferred, ideally within enterprise SaaS or technology organizations.
• Extensive experience leading across multiple marketing disciplines, including demand generation, ABM, digital marketing, field marketing, events, or customer marketing.
• Deep expertise in account-based marketing, including account selection, segmentation, intent signals, personalization, multi-channel orchestration, Sales alignment, and account-level measurement.
• Proven track record of building demand-generation programs that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, with fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline performance, attribution, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
• Experience managing and allocating significant marketing budgets based on measurable commercial impact.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic go-to-market partner to Sales and Revenue Operations, aligning priorities and resolving disagreements constructively.
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience shaping marketing teams, operating models, and priorities.
• Builder mentality with the ability to establish strategy, prioritize effectively, and remain close enough to execution to personally drive important initiatives.
• Experience with web strategy, SEO, and emerging AEO or AI-driven discovery is a plus.
• Experience in identity, security, fintech, or a related industry is a plus.
• Experience building field and event programs around target accounts is a plus.
• Experience with customer marketing, lifecycle, and advocacy programs that support customer expansion is a plus.
• Experience operating within a global, multi-region go-to-market organization is a plus.
Benefits:
