Senior Financial Analyst, Commercial Finance

Accountabilities: • Develop financial models and pricing analyses for new business opportunities, contract renewals, pricing initiatives, and commercial programs, assessing financial performance and profitability.

• Partner with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to understand operational drivers, client needs, costs, and profitability considerations.

• Analyze client, service, and business performance to identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations that support revenue growth and margin improvement.

• Support pricing strategy through scenario modeling, financial analysis, benchmarking, and commercial evaluations.

• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics for pricing performance, profitability initiatives, and key commercial metrics.

• Monitor financial and operational trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leadership.

• Track pricing and profitability initiatives from approval through implementation and realized financial impact.

• Improve Commercial Finance processes, reporting capabilities, analytical tools, and workflows.

• Build effective relationships across global Commercial, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technology teams.

• Support system implementations, reporting enhancements, process improvement initiatives, ad hoc analyses, and special projects led by senior leadership.

• Travel may occasionally be required, generally less than 5%.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, or another quantitative discipline.

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, Pricing, FP&A, Corporate Strategy, Revenue Management, Business Analytics, Consulting, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience supporting pricing decisions, profitability analysis, financial modeling, or commercial decision-making.

• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing, profitability, revenue management, cost structures, and business decision-making.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience using reporting, planning, or business intelligence platforms preferred.

• Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and the ability to investigate underlying business drivers and challenge assumptions.

• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex financial concepts clearly to stakeholders at different organizational levels.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures.

• A continuous improvement mindset and a proactive, action-oriented approach to solving business challenges.

• Annual salary range of $90,000–$100,000 USD, with final compensation based on location, experience, skills, education, training, and other job-related factors.
