About this role
Accountabilities: • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio covering video/CTV creative tools, AI-generated and brand content products, and integrations with social and partner platforms.

• Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure products support real-world workflows and meet high standards for creative quality and brand execution.
• Develop integrations with external platforms to expand the range of creative assets, formats, and capabilities available to users.
• Maintain clear and proactive communication across stakeholders, adapting the level of detail and context to each audience.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a technology company, with a strong track record of delivering complex software products from concept through launch.
• Demonstrated experience leading 0→1 initiatives across multiple teams and bringing structure, direction, and alignment to new or ambiguous problem spaces.

• Strong understanding of AI/ML and generative AI concepts, with the ability to work effectively with Data Science and Engineering teams and assess technical capabilities and limitations.
• Technical background in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent level of hands-on technical experience, enabling credible discussions around architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs.
• Strong product design and creative judgment, combined with sufficient technical depth to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work across Engineering, Design, Creative, Data Science, Revenue, and other functions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and build stakeholder alignment around a product vision.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills, grounded in business impact, customer value, and measurable outcomes.
• Ability to lead through influence rather than formal authority and operate independently in a rapidly evolving environment.
Benefits:
• Canada base salary range of $168,000–$231,000 CAD .
• Base salary is determined based on factors such as experience, technical skills, knowledge, education, certifications, organizational needs, and budget.
