About the Role As Kpler continues to expand across the APAC region, building a high-performing partner network is pivotal to scaling our global footprint. In this role, you will lead the strategic identification, enablement, and growth of key channel partners, turning market insights into shared revenue opportunities. Reporting directly to the Director of APAC, you will serve as the commercial bridge between partner ecosystems and Kpler's internal teams, driving long-term value in energy, commodities, and maritime intelligence.
Key Responsibilities • Build & Expand Partner Networks: Recruit, onboard, and develop high-potential channel partners across key APAC markets to accelerate business growth.
• Drive Joint Go-to-Market Strategies: Establish collaborative business plans, revenue targets, and co-selling initiatives aligned with regional business goals.
• Enable Partner Success: Deliver high-impact sales enablement, product training, and go-to-market resources to build partner expertise and engagement.
• Manage Commercial Relationships: Conduct quarterly business reviews and lead contract negotiations to optimize performance and align partner activities with business strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to launch targeted partner campaigns and remove execution friction.
• Pipeline & Revenue Ownership: Track partner-led opportunities, maintain accurate forecasts in CRM tools, and consistently hit revenue expansion metrics.
Experience & Background What you'll need (Must-haves):
• 5+ years of experience in channel management, strategic partnerships, or business development within B2B SaaS or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated history of building, scaling, and managing strategic channel relationships that directly impact revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation capabilities and solid commercial acumen for structuring partnership agreements.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and enable external sales teams through targeted enablement programs.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (such as Salesforce or HubSpot) for pipeline tracking and partner account management.
Nice-to-haves:
• Direct experience working within SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, telecommunications, or commodities/maritime technology sectors.
• Familiarity with structured partner incentive models, joint marketing initiatives, and APAC regional partner ecosystems.
