In this role, we will rely on you to: • Independently coordinate the preparation, review, assembly, and finalization of complex scientific reports for Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis studies

• Prepare report sections and import, format, review, and validate scientific data tables and other study information

• Perform detailed review of reports for technical accuracy, data consistency, formatting, and compliance with study protocols, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements

• Identify and resolve discrepancies between study data, tables, documentation, and reports in collaboration with scientists and study teams

• Coordinate reporting requirements, revisions, timelines, and finalization directly with scientists and other stakeholders while managing multiple reports and competing priorities

• Support Quality Assurance review and facilitate timely resolution of report-related findings or questions

• Serve as a reporting resource to scientists and study teams and provide training, guidance, and mentorship to less experienced Report Coordinators

• Support continuous improvement of reporting templates, SOPs, systems, and processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality

• Perform all aspects of the job in a way that supports company brand and supports company mission, vision, and values

To qualify specifically for this role, you will have: • Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences, chemistry, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered

• At least 5 years of related experience in scientific reporting, technical documentation, scientific data presentation, data review, or a related area

• Demonstrated experience independently preparing, reviewing, and finalizing complex scientific or technical reports

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and experience working with scientific data or reporting systems

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies within scientific data, tables, and reports

• Strong technical writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and communication skills

• Ability to independently manage multiple reports, priorities, and deadlines while collaborating effectively with scientists and cross-functional teams

• Experience providing training, guidance, or mentorship to less experienced team members

• Experience in a regulated laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment preferred

• Mass Spectrometry Bioanalysis or LC-MS/MS experience is a plus
