ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will play a key executional role on the media team by managing and optimizing paid search campaigns across major lines of business within the SEM channel. Reporting directly to the SEM Channel Manager, you will drive measurable results through hands-on campaign management with a focus on performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Execute and optimize paid search campaigns end-to-end across assigned lines of business, with a focus on revenue, efficiency, and growth.
· Dedicate the majority of your time to hands-on SEM execution, including keyword management, bidding, ad copy, and landing page optimization.
· Monitor campaign performance daily, identify trends, and take swift action to protect and improve results.
· Manage your monthly Paid Media budgets ensuring alignment to revenue and GPM (Gross Profit Margin) targets.
· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for bidding, ad copy, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of inventory management.
· Effectively navigate the promotion of offers that have compliance and targeting requirements.
· Communicate effectively to the team on reporting, results, and strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
· Use data to guide decisions and action in order to scale revenue and GPM for this channel.
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, content, and analytics, to optimize channel performance.
ABOUT YOU
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
· Experience: 5+ years of hands-on SEM experience with proven success managing $5M+ annual budgets.
