Gain insight into functional roles, responsibilities, and compensation structures within the organization. Understand financial objectives, budgets, and key operational challenges to ensure HR strategies align with business needs.

- Talent Management: Support talent development efforts, helping identify high-potential employees and future leaders. Assist with succession planning initiatives to build a strong leadership pipeline. Organizational Development: Assist in executing organizational change initiatives and cultural transformation programs. Support leadership development and training efforts to enhance management capabilities.

- Employee Engagement: Contribute to initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and workplace culture. Assist in implementing best practices that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

- Performance Management: Advise on the creation and execution of individual development plans to support employee growth. Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters, including underperformance and coaching strategies.
