ABOUT THE ROLE

Rojo is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Performance Marketing team in Barcelona.

In this role, you will support the planning and execution of B2B performance marketing campaigns, learning the fundamentals of paid media, content, and data-driven marketing alongside our Marketing Lead and business development team.

This is a 5–6 month internship, available for 24–40 hours per week depending on your availability, with hours arranged to fit around your class schedule, and a minimum of 2 days per week on-site at our Barcelona office.

This internship is structured as a supervised learning experience aligned with your field of study, under the guidance of a dedicated mentor at Rojo and your university’s academic tutor, as part of your Internship Agreement (“Convenio de Prácticas”).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Execution & Content

- Support the planning and execution of B2B performance marketing campaigns across marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), and learn to spot underperformance and suggest optimizations

- Assist with content creation, ad design, and social media posts, and help distribute content (video, newsletters, landing pages) to target audiences.

- Contribute to inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns and support marketing automation tasks.

- Help with the organization of recurrent Barcelona events, supporting targeting, invitations and overall organization

- Work closely with the Marketing Lead and business development team on messaging, campaigns and lead quality and proactively bring ideas to improve performance

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required

- Currently studying in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

- Must be able to sign an Internship Agreement (Convenio de Prácticas) with your university or educational institution.

- At least one previous work experience in marketing or communications.

- Genuine interest in digital / performance marketing, paid media, and analytics.

- A curious, proactive mindset - comfortable learning quickly with guidance and asking for help when needed.

- Good communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.

- Fluent English

- Based or able to commute reliably to our Barcelona office, minimum 2 days per week.
