The Role

We're hiring a Product Manager for the ACME brand, a B2B SaaS platform for museums, cultural attractions, and non-profits across North America.

We want someone scrappy, passionate about solving problems, and genuinely curious about what AI can do for how PMs work. You'll own features for ACME end to end, from discovery through launch, and work cross-functionally with engineering, design, customer facing teams, and marketing. Beyond the ACME brand, you will need to understand what Peek and Connect&GO are building, so you can spot chances to extend a feature across brands instead of building it three times. Over time, there's room to take on more, including owning product areas across brands.

Peek is leaning into AI to solve problems, clear bottlenecks, and move faster, so we can deliver more value to the businesses that rely on us. We are looking for someone with product management experience who’s also excited about that shift and wants to help figure out how AI gets used here.

What you'll do

- Own features from discovery through launch. Write specs and PRDs engineering can act on without three rounds of clarifying questions, and think through edge cases before anything ships

- Run discovery directly with customers: interviews, calls, feedback loops, not just tickets that land in your queue. Ask why before you write requirements, and be able to name the user problem behind every ticket

- Manage a ticket backlog with accuracy. Nothing falls through the cracks

- Use analytics tools to monitor usage, find opportunities, and measure what you shipped

- Prioritize a roadmap with competing asks, and say no to things that don't move the needle

- Use AI to move faster on the parts of the job that used to be slow: turning research into a spec, digging through tickets for patterns, drafting a first-pass PRD you then sharpen, and experiment with new ways of working with Engineering as tools and development practices evolve

- Stay plugged into what's possible. Try new tools, bring back what works, help set the norm for how the team uses AI

What we're looking for

- 3+ years in product management, owning discovery, requirements, and cross-functional delivery

- Strong fundamentals: clear written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, organized, good at tracking and structuring work. Your specs get acted on, your updates are short and complete

- Comfortable with technical conversations. You can follow an engineering tradeoff, not just translate requirements

- Can prioritize ruthlessly and defend the call when a stakeholder pushes back

- Comfortable owning status updates to leadership: what's on track, what's at risk, what you need

- User-grounded. You can always name the problem behind a ticket

- Curious about where AI takes product work, and want to be part of figuring that out here
