RoleSprint is a job-search product and a competitor of the product on this page. This is not an independent review, we do not pretend it is one, and we do have a view about which method works better. Here is the deal we will keep: every factual claim comes from the other product's own site on the date shown, anything we could not verify is listed as unverified rather than guessed, the case for choosing them instead is written honestly, and we make no claim whatsoever about your hiring outcome. Where we say RoleSprint is stronger, we name the exact dimension and the reason, so you can disagree with us on the merits.
Is Jobright legit?
Yes. Jobright is a real, operating product, not a scam. It has a public site, a working free sign-up, a Trustpilot presence it links to itself, and it advertises two million users. If you are asking because you are worried about being defrauded, that is not the risk. The question worth more of your attention is what Jobright is actually built to fix. Its own homepage describes matching roles, autofilling applications, tailoring your resume and suggesting insider connections, all in under a minute. That is a speed and discovery product. It is an excellent answer to "I cannot find enough relevant jobs or apply to them fast enough", and it is not designed to answer "should I be applying to these particular jobs at all".
Jobright vs RoleSprint: what is the difference?
Jobright is an AI job-search platform built around discovery and throughput: it matches you to roles from a very large job index, autofills applications, tailors your resume, and surfaces people who might refer you. RoleSprint does none of that. It reads one specific posting against the actual evidence in your resume and tells you whether the role deserves your effort before you spend it. If your bottleneck is finding and processing enough opportunities, Jobright is built for that. If you already have more opportunities than you have hours, and the applications are not converting, that is a selection problem and more matching will not fix it.

Read from Jobright’s own site on August 25, 2026. Nothing here is taken from a third-party review or comparison page.
- Public pricing
- Not published for job seekers. On 2026-08-25, jobright.ai/pricing returned a 404 and the only pricing link in the site navigation pointed to /employers/pricing, which is the employer-side product.
- Free tier
- A free entry point exists. The homepage's primary button reads "TRY FOR FREE". What the free tier includes, and where it stops, is not stated on the public pages we read.
- Job index size
- Jobright's homepage states "Total Jobs 8,000,000+" and "Today's New Jobs 400,000+" (read 2026-08-25).
- Automation level
- Autofill and agent-led applying. The AI Agent page says it is "applying for you".
- Resume tooling
- An AI resume builder is a named product surface (/ai-resume-builder).
- Networking
- Recommends "insider connections" for referrals, named on the homepage as part of the core promise.
Claims Jobright makes about itself, which we have not verified
Everything above this line is something we could see for ourselves. Everything below it is something Jobrightsays. We are quoting these because they are prominent, not because we have checked them, and a vendor’s own marketing figure is not the same thing as an independently established fact. We are not disputing them either — we are simply not in a position to confirm them.
- Jobright states on its homepage that it has "2,000,000 trusted users" (read 2026-08-25).
- Jobright states "3x interviews landed" and "80% time saved on job search" on its homepage (read 2026-08-25). These are Jobright's own figures. We found no published methodology on the pages we read, so we cannot tell you what was measured or against what baseline. That makes them unverified, which is not the same as wrong.
- Jobright states it is the "No.1 Choice for 80% of job seekers after their first use" (read 2026-08-25). We could not find a source or definition for this on the public pages.

How an application is submitted

Jobright's AI Agent page states the agent "streamlines your entire job search, proactively matching roles, customizing your resume, and applying for you" (read 2026-08-25). So applications can be submitted on your behalf.
RoleSprint
You apply yourself. RoleSprint never submits an application on your behalf and has no automation that touches an employer's site.
How much control you keep
Jobright
Delegated where the agent is used, which is the point of the feature. The trade-off is the usual one: the faster something applies for you, the less deliberate each individual application is.

Total, because nothing is sent without you. The trade-off is real: no volume is generated for you.
The core difference
Jobright compresses the time between wanting a job and having applied to it. RoleSprint inserts a decision into that gap on purpose. Both are legitimate strategies, and which one is right depends on a question only you can answer: is your search failing because you are not reaching enough opportunities, or because the opportunities you reach are not ones your evidence can win? On the second question RoleSprint is the stronger tool, because judging a specific role against your specific record is the thing it does and the thing a matching-and-autofill pipeline is not designed to do. What we will not claim is that either approach improves your odds of being hired. Nobody can promise that.
Who each one fits
We have a view, and you should read it knowing we sell one of these. Where the two products genuinely do different jobs, we say so plainly rather than pretending everything is a tie — including the case for choosing Jobright instead, which is real.
Pick Jobright if
You cannot find enough relevant openings, or you are spending your evenings retyping the same details into application forms. Jobright indexes an enormous number of jobs, surfaces matches quickly, and removes the typing. If that is genuinely where your hours are going, it will save you real time and RoleSprint will not, because RoleSprint has no job index and submits nothing.
Pick RoleSprint if
You already have a list of roles and the applications are not converting. RoleSprint is the better tool on one specific dimension: it reads a particular posting against the particular evidence in your resume and tells you where that evidence is thin before you commit an hour to the application. A matching engine ranks how similar a job looks to your profile; it is not built to tell you that the seniority gap is too wide or that the requirement the posting repeats four times is the one thing your resume never demonstrates.
What we could not verify
We did not create an account to find out, so these are stated as unknown rather than filled in with a plausible guess.
- Job-seeker pricing, plan tiers, and any application or credit limits. Jobright does not publish a job-seeker pricing page, and we did not create an account to find out, so we are not going to state numbers we have not seen.
- How the "3x interviews landed" and "80% time saved" figures are measured, or over what population. No methodology was published on the pages we read.
- How much review a user gives each application when the agent applies on their behalf, which is the detail that decides whether agent-led applying is careful or merely fast.

RoleSprint does not automate applying and is not trying to. Both of these are free, neither needs an account, and neither sends anything to an employer.
