Why do I get interviews but no offers?
Reaching interviews and not converting is a different problem from not being seen, and almost all advice for this question is written for the other one. Your resume, your formatting, and your application volume are working, and changing them will not help. What remains is narrow: you are being outmatched by a closer candidate, you are entering roles you can win an interview for but not an offer for, or you are losing consistently at one identifiable stage. Those three have different fixes and the first is not a defect.

- Your application is machine-readable, it clears eligibility rules, and it evidences enough of the requirements for a human to want a conversation. Advice about resume formatting is answering someone else's question.
