About this role
En Vana buscamos una persona con excelente comunicación escrita y atención al detalle, con experiencia en atención al cliente por correo electrónico y chat. Será responsable de brindar soporte, gestionar consultas y dar seguimiento a casos, asegurando respuestas claras, oportunas y de calidad, de acuerdo con nuestros procesos y niveles de servicio.
¿Qué buscamos? • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en Servicio al Cliente o Soporte en Call Center. • Experiencia comprobable en cuentas Back Office, soporte escrito o atención por canales digitales. • Excelente manejo de correo electrónico, incluyendo redacción, seguimiento, organización y gestión de múltiples casos. • Experiencia utilizando plataformas de chat, WhatsApp Business, Messenger, Inbox u otras herramientas de atención digital. • Excelente ortografía, redacción y comunicación escrita. • Disponibilidad para trabajar en diferentes horarios.
Será un plus si has trabajado en:
• Cuentas de Back Office en Call Center. • Cuentas de correo electrónico y chat. • Soporte al cliente escrito. • Gestión de tickets, casos o solicitudes. • Procesos donde hayas manejado un alto volumen de consultas simultáneamente.
