Our work spans industries and disciplines, from conceptual campaigns and strategic media plans to creator partnerships, influencer strategies, and content production for leading brands around the world. As part of the Thinkingbox family, we bring creativity, collaboration, and innovation to everything we do. At AntiSocial, you’ll join a diverse and talented team that delivers bold campaigns and innovative solutions for some of the world’s top brands. Our culture is one of collaboration, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s brainstorming with colleagues, hanging out with our office dogs, or enjoying monthly events, we keep our work environment vibrant, inclusive, and fun. The Opportunity We’re looking for a Creative Director who operates at the intersection of culture, craft, and big ideas. This is a leadership role for a conceptual thinker who defines creative direction, builds enduring campaign platforms, and consistently delivers work that earns attention in a social-first world. You will lead the vision for breakthrough, culturally resonant campaigns with social at the core. You know how to turn insights into ideas, ideas into movements, and movements into measurable business impact. You will set the creative standard across accounts, guide multidisciplinary teams, and partner closely with strategy, production, and client leadership to push the ambition and quality of everything we make.
What You'll Be Doing • Define and lead the creative vision across multiple accounts, ensuring all work is strategically grounded and culturally impactful
• Drive big, integrated campaign platforms from brief through execution, elevating thinking beyond individual deliverables
• Lead and inspire ideation, setting the bar for original, conversation-driving ideas that resonate in culture
• Oversee and refine creative output across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and craft at the highest level
• Partner with strategy and client leadership to shape briefs, identify opportunities, and influence brand direction
• Confidently present and sell transformative ideas to senior clients, articulating both creative ambition and business impact
• Provide senior-level art direction and creative oversight, guiding teams through execution without compromising the idea
• Lead, mentor, and grow creative teams, fostering a culture of excellence, curiosity, and continuous improvement
• Champion creative integrity throughout production, ensuring the vision is protected from concept through final delivery
• Stay deeply connected to culture and emerging platforms, bringing forward-thinking, relevant ideas to every engagement
What You'll Bring • 8–12+ years of agency experience with a portfolio demonstrating award-worthy, social-first, campaign-driven work
• Proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale, integrated campaigns rooted in strong conceptual thinking
• A track record of setting creative direction and elevating the work across teams, brands, and disciplines
• Deep cultural fluency and an instinctive understanding of how brands earn attention in today’s landscape
• Exceptional creative judgment across art, copy, and storytelling, with a high bar for craft and execution
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with experience building and developing high-performing creative teams
• Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and selling bold ideas with clarity and conviction
• Strong production knowledge, with the ability to bring ambitious ideas to life at the highest level
Additional Info • Monday - Thursday in office (Fridays are remote optional)
• Flexible time off, including paid vacation and sick days
• Consistent culture and team-building events
• Employee recognition and incentive programs
• Seasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the year
• Office lunches
• Branded company swag
• Access to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreaches
• Dog-friendly offices
• Unlimited coffee, drinks, and snacks
• Flex work and travel options
• Comprehensive extended health benefits
• 401k matching
