Review contractor proposals, change orders, claims, and requests for equitable adjustment for scope, quantities, labor, equipment, material, indirect costs, markups, and schedule impacts. Validate payment applications and progress billings against approved schedules of values, installed work, stored materials, and supporting documentation. Maintain change logs, trend logs, commitment records, procurement status, and cost reports for assigned work packages. Apply earned value and quantity based progress measurement to monitor budget, actual cost, forecast cost, labor hours, productivity, and physical percent complete.
