Position Description:

We are looking for a Mid-level Natural Gas Engineer to join our Industrial Commercial Energy Team to improve infrastructure in our Pittsburgh office. The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, and 4-5 years of similar work experience. Professional Engineer License is preferred. The candidate must also be self-motivated, work well with others, and have excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills. A flexible hybrid-remote work schedule is available after 30 days of employment.

Typical responsibilities include: • Experience with the design and construction of natural gas pipelines.

• Prepare computer-generated natural gas pipeline and mechanical working drawings with AutoCAD.

• Generate bill of materials.

• Create estimated time requirements for projects.

• Ability to work independently.

• Work with design team.

• Coordinate with sub-contractors and vendors.

• Conduct on-site field walks as needed.

• Prepare project status and other reports.

• Assist with the preparation of proposals.

• Attend client, public, project and staff meetings including client progress, plan review, pre-construction, etc.

• Attend seminars and/or training classes.

• Grow and maintain excellent client relations.

• Maintain a safe working environment.

Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering required

Skills/Experience: • 4-5 years of experience required

• Professional Engineer License preferred
