What You Will Be Doing: Visit clients on‑site to understand needs, explain radon risks, and recommend solutions Generate new business across residential, commercial, and real‑estate markets Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales Build relationships with consultants, inspectors, real estate agents, and property managers to grow referrals Manage a steady sales pipeline and follow up consistently with prospects

Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Use a ladder safely. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access basements, crawlspaces, attics, etc. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Routine use of standard office equipment, including an iPad. Periods of sitting, driving, and computer work. Daily local travel.
