About this role

At Sysdig, we believe cloud security isn't a compromise - it's a promise. From the start, our mission has been clear: to help organizations secure innovation in the cloud, the right way.

We created Falco, the open standard for cloud threat detection, and continue to lead the cloud security market with runtime insights, open innovation, and agentic Al. Creators of technology trusted by over 60% of the Fortune 500, Sysdig gives teams the real-time clarity to move fast and defend what matters most.

Culture matters here. We believe diversity fuels stronger ideas, and open dialogue drives sharper decisions. Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be.

If you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you.

What you will do • Lead web strategy and development for Sysdig's corporate website: site architecture, technical execution, platform management, and the roadmap for performance and experience.

• Own GEO and AEO strategy for the site: understand how Sysdig's content surfaces in AI-generated answers and evolving search behavior, and set the roadmap and priorities to improve it, partnering with the content team and external resources as needed to execute.

• Own the conversion rate optimization and user experience strategy for the site, using GA4 and behavioral data to guide decisions and prioritize development work.

• Lead and mentor an internal web developer, directly overseeing technical execution, code quality, and day-to-day delivery.

• Manage the site's technical foundation: architecture, crawlability, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and CMS/platform health.

• Report on web performance to marketing leadership.

What you will bring with you • 6+ years in web development or web strategy, with 2+ years managing technical projects or people.

• Strong hands-on technical background: site architecture, CMS platforms (Webflow experience a plus), HTML/CSS/JavaScript.

• Working understanding of GEO/AEO principles, structured data, and how AI-driven search surfaces content, enough to set strategy and evaluate whether execution is working.

• Proven track record improving conversion rates and site performance, using GA4 for analysis.

What we look for • Strategic thinker who can also get into the technical weeds when needed, this role owns both the plan and enough of the execution to know if it's working.

• Agency management experience, integrating internal and external resources to drive delivery.

• Strong communicator, able to move fluidly between technical conversations and marketing leadership conversations.

• Self-directed, comfortable owning outcomes end to end.

When you join Sysdig, you can expect • Extra days off to prioritize your well-being

• 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan with a 3% company match

• Maternity and Parental Leave

• Mental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app

• Full health benefits package for you and your family

About this listing

Published on Lever under the board identifier Sysdig, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
