Key Responsibilities: • Pull orders accurately from physical pick tickets.
• Locate parts across bin locations, bulk racks, and pipe yard storage.
• Match part numbers, quantities, and descriptions precisely to avoid mispicks (differentiating between similar thread configurations, sizing, and materials).
• Operate warehouse equipment safely (manual pallet jacks)
• Stage pulled materials for the hose fabrication tables, counter sales, or shipping/staging lanes.
• Assist with daily cycle counting, bin replenishment, and maintaining clean warehouse aisles.
Candidate Requirements: • Experience: 1+ years of warehouse order pulling, pick/pack, or inventory experience (industrial supply, plumbing, or distribution background strongly preferred).
• Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to match complex alphanumeric part numbers and read fine print/tags.
• Math & Measurement: Solid basic math skills; comfortable using a standard tape measure.
• Physical Demands: Must be able to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Reliability: Strict adherence to punctuality and shift attendance.
