Position Overview SteerBridge Strategies is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to support mission-critical operations in a secure, controlled data environment. This role focuses on advanced data analysis, automation, and reporting to drive informed decision-making at leadership levels.

The ideal candidate will have strong SQL expertise, experience working with large datasets, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities • Analyze large, relational datasets to identify trends, performance gaps, shortages, degraders, and operational inefficiencies.

• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support leadership and operational decision-making.

• Write, maintain, and optimize production-ready SQL using Amazon Redshift and Oracle SQL Developer, leveraging advanced techniques such as CTEs, window functions, complex joins, and aggregations.

• Troubleshoot data discrepancies across multiple sources and implement validation checks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and integrity.

• Support and maintain ETL pipelines and automated data workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and validation.

• Develop automated processes using scheduling and orchestration tools such as cron, AWS services, Airflow, or equivalent technologies.

• Develop scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell to automate data pulls, file processing, pipeline validation, and other recurring processes.

• Develop and maintain automated reports and dashboards that provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to stakeholders.

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.

Required Qualifications • Eligibility requirements: U.S. citizenship is required for this position under applicable federal contract requirements. Candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain the security clearance required for the role.

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field.

• Strong experience working with large, relational datasets, including in sensitive or controlled data environments.

• Advanced SQL proficiency, preferably with Amazon Redshift and Oracle, including experience with joins, aggregations, and query optimization.

• Experience troubleshooting data discrepancies, validating data, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Familiarity with ETL processes, data pipelines, and automated data workflows.

• Experience developing and maintaining recurring reports and dashboards, with strong attention to detail and data quality.

Preferred Qualifications • 3–6 years of post-college professional experience.

• Experience with predictive analytics or modeling.

• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis.

• Experience with automation tools and scheduling frameworks.

• Experience supporting executive-level decision-making.
