We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable Sr. Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Directors within the Strategic Marketing team in our Marketing and Communications capability. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who can step in quickly, exercise sound judgment, and effectively manage competing priorities. The scope will include supporting evolving business needs through calendar and expense management with opportunities for special projects. We’re seeking someone who is proactive, discreet, and comfortable adjusting their support as priorities shift. You’ll play an important role in helping our leaders and teams operate smoothly and stay focused on creating impact. The role will be based in-person in our Ballston, VA office.

How You Will Contribute • Provide calendar management . Manage complex calendars with a high level of attention to detail, coordinating meetings, logistics, and follow-through while anticipating potential conflicts and needs.

• Meeting preparation and participation.  Assemble meeting agendas, record meeting minutes and notes, collect action items, and oversee A/V needs.

• Provide flexible administrative support. Support multiple leaders as priorities shift, including light event coordination, ad-hoc project management, and administrative tasks such as reconciling receipts and preparing expense reports on behalf of leaders.

• Operate independently . Use sound judgment and administrative expertise to assess priorities, anticipate needs, and act with minimal direction.

• Contribute to organization-wide initiatives, including operational improvements and cross-functional projects, as needed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited direction by being entrepreneurial and innovative.

• Identify areas to increase efficiency and innovate to improve team processes.  Keep an eye out for opportunities to help the Marketing Strategy team better support the organization’s goals. Identify and learn new tools or techniques to elevate the level of support and partnership for the entire team

What You Will Bring • 3+ years of professional work experience in a support, administrative, or operations capacity.

• Strong organizational, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Flexibility, reliability, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and priorities.

• A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to build strong working relationships across an organization.

• Experience in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
