About this role
Key Responsiblities • Work with technicians on the manufacturing floor monitoring manufacturing process
• Identify deviations from recorded process
• Gather objective evidence to support active action items, status, and assist in documenting closure
• Communicate and build professional rapport with the Supplier and Client teammates
Required Qualifications: • Soft skills and patience
• Able to effectively run meetings and great documentation skills
• Ability to understand manufacturing processes and read standard operation procedures (SOPs)
• Ability to communicate with operators and management in person and remotely effectively
• Mechanical / process engineering knowledge
• Up to date passport
