How you will achieve success: • Build and ship features for the FC App, including FC management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows.
• Use AI-assisted development (Cursor, Claude Code, LLM APIs, AWS Bedrock, and orchestration tools like n8n) to build quickly, while owning code quality, cost, latency, and maintainability.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for FC operations, including multimodal document/data processing, with appropriate evals, guardrails, observability, QA, security, and documentation.
• Partner with FC leadership, operators, and Tech to identify operational pain points, prioritize the automation backlog, integrate data sources (Dayforce, S&OP forecasts, 21-day plan, toolkit tables), and drive solutions through adoption and support.
• Continuously expand AI and automation across FC operations, staying current with emerging technologies and communicating timelines, trade-offs, and expectations effectively with business partners.
What experiences will help you in this role: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Full-stack development and coding skills, including Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to integrate systems, leverage APIs, and build custom solutions beyond no-code tools.
• AI-assisted and agentic development experience, including Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, APIs, and ideally evals, observability/tracing, guardrails, MCP servers, or orchestration tools such as n8n/Agent SDK.
• Strong business partnership and delivery skills, with the ability to translate operational needs into software, scope opportunities, iterate quickly based on feedback, and deliver results with increasing independence.
• Self-motivated and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; fulfillment, operations, or e-commerce experience is a plus.

RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
