About this role
About us At Splend, we're on a mission to fundamentally change the way people own and operate a vehicle. With a strategic focus on rideshare, we provide our customers with straightforward, no-strings-attached access to vehicle ownership. But we aren't just about vehicle ownership. We're also fast-tracking the transition to green mobility, leading the way globally in reducing the carbon footprint of the transportation sector by transitioning our fleet to electric vehicles.

You'll be excited to work in this role if... You love the satisfaction of giving a customer a straight, honest quote and the skill to explain why the work matters without ever feeling like a pushy salesperson. You're organised enough to keep multiple jobs and customers moving at once, and confident enough to make commercial calls on the spot. You want ownership of a real commercial outcome - not just processing jobs, but shaping the revenue and reputation of a busy workshop. About the role
As Service Advisor, you'll be the bridge between our customers and our workshop. You'll take on the jobs that need real judgement - assessing vehicles, building quotes, upselling where it's genuinely warranted, and seeing each job through to a smooth handover. It's a role where trust and commercial performance go hand in hand.
What you'll be doing • Generating accurate, transparent quotes using our pricing schedule and agreed markup.
• Reviewing vehicle condition, mileage, and service history to identify and recommend additional work - balancing revenue with honesty.
• Keeping customers informed at every stage, from initial quote through to completion and payment.
• Issuing accurate invoices and processing payments, ensuring everything reflects what was agreed.
• Confirming work meets the agreed scope before vehicle release and making sure any safety recommendations are always evidence-based.
What you'll bring to Splend • A background in a dealership, workshop, parts or similar customer-facing automotive role.
• Strong customer service and negotiation skills - you know how to have commercial conversations without burning trust.
• Comfort working across quoting, CRM, and invoicing systems.
• A solid working knowledge of vehicle servicing and common wear items.
• A sales style built on transparency, you'd never recommend work you couldn't justify.
Our benefits 💰 Commission: earn based on your performance 🎂 Day off for your Birthday! 🚘 Salary packaging with 15% employer contributions for Electric Vehicles 📖 Dedicated Learning & Development platform 💭 Employee Assistance Program 🎉 Socials: budget for team and company wide social initiatives

Published on Lever under the board identifier Splend, which is the name the employer’s own job board carries. RoleSprint has not verified the company’s registered or trading name, so it is shown exactly as published rather than tidied up.
RoleSprint is not the employer and not a recruiter. Applications are made on the employer’s own site and never reach us; what RoleSprint does is help you decide whether a role is worth your time and prepare for it if it is.
