2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3:00 pm-11:00 pm - $1 Shift Premium
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Offset Press Operator to operate a 6-color press and help deliver high-quality printed products to our customers. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for setting up and running the press, monitoring quality throughout production, troubleshooting issues, and keeping equipment operating efficiently.
What You’ll Do • Set up and operate a 6-color offset press, including make-ready, press runs, and wash-up.
• Inspect incoming paper, ink, and other materials to ensure they meet specifications.
• Perform press checks, make adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent quality.
• Complete first-piece approvals and required production documentation.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on press equipment.
• Assist with feeder setup, stock changes, and other press support activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all safety and PPE requirements.
• Communicate quality concerns and stop production when necessary to prevent defective products.
• Work closely with team members to keep production running smoothly and meet quality and productivity goals.
What We’re Looking For • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of offset press systems, controls, and terminology.
• Ability to read and understand job tickets and manufacturing procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to accurately enter production information into the company’s system.
• Commitment to safety, housekeeping, attendance, and teamwork.
• Preferred: 5 years of offset press experience.
