Position Overview
Spartan Title, New Western’s in-house title and escrow subsidiary, is seeking an experienced Senior Escrow Accountant to own the accounting, reconciliation, and financial reporting for our escrow trust accounts. Consolidated Close & Reporting Support
• Prepare and post month-end journal entries for escrow-related activity in accordance with the close calendar.
• Ensure Spartan Title's escrow and operating GL accounts are reconciled to subledger/bank support prior to close as part of the close calendar, and clear aged reconciling items timely.
