In this role, you will build and govern scalable machine learning solutions, ensuring reliable, reusable, and auditable outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, turning complex business data into trustworthy, well-governed AI products. Attention to detail, strong data governance instincts, and a reuse-first mindset are essential to succeed in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities 🤓 • Design and engineer robust machine learning features on Databricks to power various AI models and solve complex business challenges.

• Implement features with complete standard metadata (description, keys, lineage, ownership, tags, data lifecycle) and scalable design patterns to maximize reusability across the organization.

• Follow robust deployment pipelines (CI/CD, bundle validation, PRD), oversee job monitoring, and apply FinOps practices to ensure efficient cloud resource usage within the Databricks ecosystem.

• Ensure strict consistency between training and production environments, maintaining a single source of truth for all ML models.

Required Skills • Proven hands-on experience in feature engineering, data engineering, and deploying AI models specifically using Databricks and Unity Catalog.

• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python; strong background in data governance, data lineage, and data quality frameworks.

• Deep familiarity with naming conventions, metadata standards, and scalable data architecture best practices.

Nice to Have Skills 😉 • Feature Store certification (Fundamentals / Expert) and experience with financial data.

• Experience developing AI agents / agentic infrastructure (e.g. Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, MCP).
