👀 What are we looking for?
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the technology or blockchain industry is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling. Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
