About this role
MedCare Pediatric delivers individualized therapy for children with autism and developmental disabilities, built on collaboration, compassion, and clinical integrity. We’re dedicated to creating an environment where both children and professionals grow through consistent support and shared goals.
Behavior Technicians (BTs) work one-on-one with children to help build communication, social, and daily living skills through applied behavior analysis (ABA). The work can be physically and emotionally challenging, but it’s also deeply rewarding. It takes patience, consistency, and genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their potential — and you’ll be supported every step of the way as you grow into the role.
