Occupational Therapist Qualifications & Responsibilities: • Master’s Degree from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy
• Texas Occupational Therapy License (or able to option before anticipated start date)
• 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create tailored treatment goals to enhance functional abilities.
• Administer occupational therapy services to improve skills like range of motion, strength, coordination, and activities of daily living.
• Train and support families with techniques and strategies to reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care; supervision of assistants is a plus.
