Toddler Teacher (Daycare / Preschool / Childcare) – Urgently Hiring | Grafton, MA Magical Beginnings is urgently hiring a nurturing and energetic Toddler Teacher for our licensed daycare and preschool childcare center in Grafton, Massachusetts. You'll thrive in this role if you have: • EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience required

• Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting

• Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals

As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for: • Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials

• Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities

• Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families

• Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment

• Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime

• Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments

• Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry

• Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
