Requisitos y Habilidades Formación: Licenciatura en Psicología, Recursos Humanos, Desarrollo Organizacional o áreas afines a temas de Bienestar Organizacional. (Título y Cédula indispensable).

Especialidad: Deseable formación adicional en bienestar organizacional, gestión de proyectos o programas de salud mental en el trabajo.

Inglés: Nivel B2 (Intermedio) C1 para comunicación con clientes.

Experiencia profesional: Mínimo 3 a 4 años de experiencia en alguna de las siguientes áreas;

Account Management o gestión de cuentas corporativas con perfil de bienestar

Programas de bienestar organizacional

Planes de beneficios corporativos

Coordinación de programas de salud mental o Employee Assistance Programs (EAP)

Experiencia trabajando con organizaciones con headcount superior a 10,000 colaboradores.

Resumen de la posición Account Manager Lead serás responsable de la gestión integral de cuentas corporativas que utilizan el Programa de Asistencia al Empleado (PAE) y las soluciones de bienestar de la organización. El puesto actúa como enlace principal entre los clientes, los equipos internos y los proveedores de servicios, asegurando la correcta implementación, seguimiento y evolución del programa dentro de cada organización cliente.

La posición combina gestión estratégica de cuentas, coordinación operativa de actividades de bienestar, análisis de uso del programa y soporte en intervenciones de crisis. Asimismo, es responsable de identificar oportunidades de mejora en la adopción del programa, promover su uso dentro de las organizaciones cliente y garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción y renovación de contratos.

Principales funciones. -Administrar la relación con clientes corporativos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los servicios contratados y el adecuado funcionamiento del

-Identificar necesidades específicas de cada organización y adaptar las actividades del programa de bienestar a su contexto y cultura organizacional.

-Dar seguimiento al ciclo de renovación anual de los clientes y coordinar con la Dirección cuando se requiera intervención estratégica. Revisar indicadores de uso de la plataforma y servicios para identificar áreas de oportunidad y diseñar estrategias que impulsen la adopción del programa.

-Gestión de pláticas y talleres al coordinar la organización de sesiones virtuales o presenciales relacionadas con salud mental, bienestar y liderazgo.

-Coordinar la participación de especialistas externos, asegurando que las sesiones se realicen conforme a lo programado.

-Gestionar agenda, coordinación técnica, confirmaciones y seguimiento de cada actividad programada.

-Apoyar la creación y difusión del programa mediante stands informativos, materiales promocionales y campañas internas en las organizaciones cliente.

-Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de clientes en sistemas operativos y herramientas de gestión.

-Gestionar solicitudes, cotizaciones, programación de actividades y coordinación interna con las áreas involucradas.

-Envío y presentación de reportes mensuales o trimestrales de uso de la plataforma y servicios.

-Monitorear métricas clave relacionadas con uso del programa, satisfacción del cliente y renovación de cuentas.

-Coordinar la respuesta ante eventos de alto impacto emocional y ATS (Acontecimientos Traumáticos Severos) dentro de las organizaciones cliente.

Lo que te hace destacar -Sólida experiencia en el manejo de relaciones y cuentas con clientes en el ramo de salud, escucha activa, facilidad de palabra, excelente redacción y ortografía.

-Proactividad: Capacidad de anticipar, identificar y tomar la iniciativa para resolver situaciones actuando de forma autónoma, trabajo en equipo y eficiente para el uso de todas las herramientas de trabajo a su alcance para lograr soluciones, mejorar procesos y alcanzar objetivos a corto y mediano plazo.

Tipo de empleo Remoto con un día presencial a la semana. Oficina en Colonia Nápoles Horario de trabajo: Lunes a Viernes 9:00 am a 6:00 PM Días de descanso: Sábado y Domingo.
