About this role
• Análise Cadastral: realizar a conferência detalhada de documentos para garantir a conformidade dosperfis na plataforma;
• Ativação de Motoristas: efetuar chamadas ativas para orientar e auxiliar os motoristas parceiros durante todas as etapas do processo de onboarding;
• Suporte Administrativo: executar rotinas administrativas da área, assegurando a organização e o fluxo correto das informações;
• Gestão deDados:alimentareatualizar planilhas e sistemas internos, garantindo o controle preciso dos novos cadastros.
Requisitos • Ferramentas de Produtividade: domínio do Pacote Office ou Google Workspace — possuímos um fluxo intenso de trabalho em planilhas ;
• Idioma: Inglês básico (necessário para navegação em sistemas internos);
• Escolaridade: Ensino Médio completo;
• Perfil Colaborativo: facilidade para atuar em equipe e foco na resolução de problemas.
Diferenciais • Formação: Ensino Superior em curso;
• Experiência prévia: vivência com análise documental, rotinas de backoffice ou atendimento ao cliente.
