Buscamos un/a Especialista en customer experience y adquisición con:
• Experiencia en manejo de llamadas y resolución de objeciones
• Orientación a objetivos y enfoque en resultados
• Excelente comunicación escrita y buena ortografía
• Actitud proactiva para aportar soluciones e ideas que mejoren la operación diaria
• Capacidad analítica y atención al detalle
• Manejo de Excel / Google Sheets (deseable)
• Habilidad para priorizar y gestionar múltiples tareas manteniendo la calidad
• Autonomía y adaptabilidad en ambientes de constante cambio
