About this role
What you'll do: • Represent the company in local business partnerships, and other speaking engagements
• Strategize for local business development opportunities
• Lead the Acquisition team in gathering quality accounts
• Lead the Account Management team to build positive relationships with key accounts, maximizing growth opportunities, and retention.
• Reports directly to the Sales Manager

• Strong network on which to rely for expanding the business
• Can-do attitude and grit to make things happen, to identify and leverage new opportunities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately to potential users
What you'll need: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate partnerships, or enterprise/client relationship management is highly preferred.
• Experience working in technology, SaaS, fintech, or other fast-growing industries is an advantage.
• Proficient in using sales tools, CRM platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and reporting dashboards.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing sales and account management teams.
• Must be willing to work within the office on a daily basis and travel for business when / where needed.
• Willing to work onsite North Atrium Manuel C. Briones Highway, Mandaue, Cebu
